Re-enrollment CHECKLIST

 TRA Re-enrollment Checklist and Documents

Welcome back to The Rock Academy.  This checklist will help you track your progress through the enrollment process.​   Re-enrollment opens February 16, 2020. 

Be sure to SELECT YOUR COURSES and PAY your registration to secure your spots. 

1.  Academic Planning--Course Approval for On-Campus Classes

  • Register for Classes

  • Each course taken must be approved 

  • Students must have passed the previous year/course to enroll including pre-requisite courses

  • All records (including attendance) must be current/complete

  • Per our TRA Contract at Enrollment, No refunds are given for withdrawals after the school year has started and parents will be responsible for the entire contract.

2.  Academic Plan for Off-Campus Courses

  • Courses taught off campus must list curriculum & instructor on the Academic Form

  • Send the Academic Form in ASAP

  • Students must have passed the previous year/course to enroll including pre-requisite courses

  • All records (including attendance) must be current/complete

​3.  Complete the Re-enrollment process with FACTS

  • We have s

  • Parents/Guardians must agree to the Parent Agreement

  • Parents/Guardians must agree to the Parent & Student Handbook

  • Log in to your Praxi Account, Click the Online Forms Tab and choose Re-enrollment to begin filling out the new enrollment paperwork. 

4.  Renew FACTS Account                                                        

  • Returning Families MUST update their FACTS account annually (a fee will apply)

  • Registration ($150 per student) will be drawn from FACTS first and the remainder of the tuition will begin to be drawn in August.

  • Parent/Guardian must agree to Financial Policies and Totals

  • TRA cannot submit totals for billing to begin until the account has been renewed   

  • If you participate in scholarships, be sure to submit your Acceptance Letter to the office ASAP.  Late letters may result in loss of scholarship.

5.  Medical Records

  • All medical records must be up to date and on the appropriate forms

  • ALL grades (including Kindergarten) must have all immunizations up to date, a birth certificate, and a school entry physical 

  • Incoming 6th Graders must receive scoliosis screening

6.  Training

  • Parent/Guardian must participate in Orientation

  • Students (on campus) must participate in Student Orientation

    • Kindergarten will have an Open House with Parents​

  • Praxi and Record Keeping training are provided on the website.  (Does not pertain to Guest Students, On-Campus K and 1st Grade)

  • High School families/students MUST read the High School Planning Guide.
