Many of our faculty have served this campus for over a decade. Some are TRA graduates who came back to teach.

Kaley Hoffman

Principal and Theater Director

Teaching at TRA for over 17 years, Kaley has produced more than sixteen shows, twelve of them full musicals. She and her husband teach their three daughters through TRA.

Kimberly Parker

ELC Director and Co-founder

Kim founded the church and its schools with her husband Steve in 1999. She leads the Early Learning Center team serving families from six weeks through VPK.

Liz Darnell

Guidance Counselor and HS Math Teacher

In education ministry since 1989 and at TRA since it opened in 2009, Liz guides every family through course selection, diploma tracks, and college planning, and is a 25-year veteran of the FCCPSA.

Heather Coday

TRA Elementary Director

Heather heads the entire elementary program and coordinates Club Rock STEAM, with an Associate's in Early Childhood Education and ten years teaching K-2.

Nicole Dorsey

Campus Wide Student Director

Mrs. Nicole holds a BS in Criminal Justice from UCF and is pursuing a master's in Behavior Analysis; a former public-school behavioral interventionist and IEP advocate.

In education ministry with her husband Tim since 1989; at TRA since 2009 with 20+ years of classroom teaching and 25+ years with the FCCPSA. Music Education studies at Bowling Green and UCF; AA with Honors from Seminole State; BA in Christian Education from Aidan University (2025).

Heather Coday

Elementary Director · Club Rock STEAM Coordinator · 3rd Grade

Associate's in Early Childhood Education; ten years teaching K-2 in Oregon; former Assistant Director and Education Coach at Primrose School of Winter Springs. Heads the entire elementary program.

Nicole Dorsey

Student Director and Academic Interventionist

BS in Criminal Justice from UCF; pursuing a master's in Behavior Analysis at Florida Tech; former public-school Behavioral Interventionist and IEP advocate.

Andy Green

HS and MS Science

BA in Elementary Education from North Central University; Florida State Certified Teacher since 2015 with 15+ years teaching; curriculum consultant for homeschooling families; at TRA since 2016.

Stephanie Slone

MS Language Arts

AA in Education from Seminole State; taught at a private Christian school; 13 years in corporate America; homeschooled her own children for seven years.

Vanessa Perez

4th Grade

Nine years teaching at the Early Learning Center before moving up to elementary in 2023; ECPC and 90-Hours Staff Credential.

Yanzza Rojas-Negron

Faculty Advisor

BA in Political Science and Pre-Law from Stetson; MS in Integrating Technology from Walden; former Seminole State instructor; oversees professional development and supervises Ignitia.

Matthew Mercer

Art · Yearbook · World History · Guided Study Supervisor

BA in Visual Arts from Fayetteville State (1995) and a Disney 'Ducktorate'; professional artist since 1993 and Walt Disney World caricature artist since 1999; illustrated five books; joined TRA in 2023.

Ryanne Graham

MS/HS Science

TRA graduate (2015); BS in Marine Biology from USF St. Petersburg, earned in three years; 200+ volunteer hours at the Ponce Inlet Marine Science Center.

Amber Kearney

AA from Daytona State, pursuing a bachelor's in Computer Science; CDA and Director's Credentials; former lead teacher at Ladybird Academy in DeBary.

Midiana Markley

Kindergarten

AA in Early Education from Liberty University; Seminole State Director's Credential; former Assistant Director and VPK teacher at Serendipity Learning Center; First Aid and CPR certified; joined 2022.

A third-generation teacher with seven years in the classroom; started at TRA as a substitute and aide.
