5th - 8th Grade
This is a hands on program full of fun activities, sports and games, basic nutrition and healthy living. Middle Schoolers will engage in all sort of physical activities as well as learn how their bodies work and how to incorporate an active lifestyle into their routines.
Students will need to wear comfortable clothes (even if they need to bring a change) and sneakers. This will be mainly an outdoor class weather permitting. These classes happen at the end of the day on Mondays and Wednesdays.
